Find & Track Mobile Devices
You’ll always know where your mobile devices are and where they’ve been with 2X Mobile Device Management (2X MDM)- the service automatically stores complete location history for each device or for specific groups of devices. Improve customer service and response times by facilitating the routes your employees take – send them directions from the map and redirect your nearest available employee to customer call-outs.
Facilitate Staff Routes And Improve Customer Service
How many times has a customer called to ask when your employee will arrive to deliver a service or product?
Avoid giving the customer vague answers and improve customer service by knowing exactly where your employees are and their estimated arrival time.
When your customers need something urgently, respond quickly and send the nearest available staff member.
Turn Off Location History By Group
Location History can be configured to work differently from one group to another using Group Policies.
You can identify and select groups of devices for which you want to record location history, allowing you to exclude departments for which location history tracking is not appropriate.
2X MDM will allow you to specify the times during which you want to store location updates, in order to avoid collecting information outside working hours.
2X MDM will not only store the current location of all your connected devices, but will also keep a detailed log of all the locations the devices have been to.
Location updates are triggered by the time and distance traveled. For example, if a device moves more than 50 meters (configurable), a location update is logged.
Locations are shown with their full address on a map and only location changes are stored, avoiding excess data. You can choose to collect location data via Wi-Fi, Mobile Network or GPS, and the Location History can be exported for further analysis.
Send Directions To Your Employees
Use the map to pinpoint a location and send your employees the location as a message from the 2X MDM Dashboard.
When employees open the message, their map app shows them the exact location thus making it easier for them to find their next destination.
Sending directions to your employees improves their productivity, response time and customer service performance
