Hypervisor Vendor-Independent

The 2X VirtualDesktopServer allows hypervisor vendor independence, supporting a wide range of hypervisors, including Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, ESX, and ESXi, Parallels Virtuozzo Containers, Citrix XenServer, Sun VirtualBox, Windows Remote Desktop Services/Windows Terminal Services and more . Publish Virtual Desktops and Applications

The 2X VirtualDesktopServer allows you to publish Windows-based virtual desktops and applications to remote users from a centrally-managed location, while providing a customizable and reliable user experience.

Seamless Integration with Users’ Local Desktop and Taskbar

Remote desktops and applications fully integrate with users’ local desktop and taskbar, as remote applications will automatically show up in the local taskbar and/or on the desktop. Users can also copy and paste between local and remote desktops and applications.

Deepnet Unified Authentication Platform Integration

Deepnet Unified Authentication is a multi-factor authentication platform for provisioning, managing and verifying all types of user and host authentication methods, form-factors and user credentials. The 2X VirtualDesktopServer provides integrated Deepnet two-factor authentication using SafeID, FlashID, MobileID, QuickID, GridID, SecureID (RSA).

Centrally Manage User Settings and Connectivity

With the 2X VirtualDesktopServer, you can manage settings and connectivity options for all users directly from the management console.

Full RDP 7 Support

Windows Media Player Redirection* - Enables content hosted in Windows Media Player to be redirected to users’ computers for rendering, improving video quality and ensuring that video and audio are always in sync. This is supported for both Windows Media Player and Windows Media Player website controls.

Bi-Directional Audio* - Redirects audio recording devices, such as microphones, on users’ computers. This is ideal for voice recognition and audio recording applications.

Enhanced Bitmap Acceleration* - Enhances the remote display of graphic-intensive applications and web content.

Universal Printing

Universal Scanning

Multiple Monitor Support

Displays published applications and desktops on up to 16 multiple monitors.

Publish Applications Based on Username, Group or IP

Integration with Active Directory allows administrators to control users’ desktop and application access. When configuring desktop and application access, administrators simply specify to which users, groups or IPs the resource should be delivered.

Web Portal

Dynamic web interface which displays a list of published desktops and applications to the user based on filtering criteria, such as username, group or IP, and allows administrators to customize appearance settings. Single Signon

Users need only a single logon/password combination to securely access remote desktops and applications.

Multiple farms

Users can connect to multiple farms simultaneously, allowing access to remote farms regardless of location.
