Connection Request Policies

Connection request policies are list of settings and conditions that enables system administrators to decide which radius servers perform the authentication and authorization of connection requests that the server running Network Policy Server (NPS) receives from RADIUS clients.

  1. NPS (Local) > Policies > Right-click Connection Request Policies > Add new.

  1. Enter a name and leave Type of network access server as Unspecified. Click Next.

  1. Add a condition. Choose Windows Groups. Add a Group ("Domain Users" for Example). Click OK, then Next.

  1. Click Next

  1. Click Next

  1. Leave as default and click next.

7) 2X Application Server does not need any special attributes, click next to continue.

  1. Click Finish
