Launcher

Level: Error
Error Code: 00000001
Event: Client cannot connect
Solution: This is a network error, the client cannot connect to the server, and usually it is a firewall issue.
If the client is connecting using SSL Gateway mode, make sure that the Gateway has SSL enabled.

Event: Client cannot log, connection WAS established
Support: Request server log after the user tried to log.
Solution: This is usually a password or domain issue. Refer to the Management Console log file a detailed error.

Solution: When using non 2X Client, usernames are limited to 9 characters, and if they specify the domain it must use User Principle
Name (UPN) convention like
user@domain format and not domainuser. Username should be specified before the user clicks the connect button.
Check the log for missing usernames.

Event: Universal Printing no errors, wrong format in print job or empty pages.
Support: Replicate the issue and send the files produced on the terminal server used at
C:Documents and SettingsxxxxxLocal SettingsTempSavedJob
Where xxxxx is the name of the user who printed.
Solution: Try changing the Universal Printer format.

Event: The client could not establish a connection to the remote computer.
The most likely causes for this error are:
1) The servers are too busy to service your request.
2) The Terminal Server is not part of the farm.
Solution: Check that the application being deployed is published correctly.
