Upgrade Insurance:
The 2X Upgrade insurance packages include free software updates for a 12 month period. Customers who bought a new full version of 2X software are entitled to free version upgrades for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Customers must purchase our UPIN-articles or the renewal within this 60-day period.

Pricing is based according to the number of thin clients on your network.

2X VirtualDesktopServer Upgrade Insurance
2X VirtualDesktopServer (VDS) is licensed per amount of servers in your network. Each server provides unlimited access. VDS incorporates 2X ApplicationServer Enterprise inclusive 2X Universal Printer and 2X LoadBalancer.

2X ApplicationServer Upgrade Insurance
Pricing is based on the number of Servers.

2X LoadBalancer Upgrade Insurance
Pricing is based on the number of Terminal Servers that are load balanced.

Support packages:
The 2X support packages include free technical support via email or phone for a 12 month period. All customers who bought a new full version of 2X software are entitled to free support via email for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. To extend this period, you can purchase a support package - pricing is per full version ordered. Customers may buy support at any time after purchasing a full version.
