Are you well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you looking to put your listening skills to productive use?
We are looking for a committed individual to join our team in a customer-facing role. Your responsibilities would include the processing of incoming reseller and end-user emails, phone-calls, faxes, online orders and software license queries. You should have a pleasant telephone manner and strong organizational and team working skills.
Applicants must have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent phone etiquette
- College degree highly desired (not mandatory)
- Experience in a technology / IT company is highly desired
