The 2X ThinClientServer allows the conversion of outdated PCs to energy-efficient, cost-effective thin clients, while simultaneously providing centralized thin client management controls.

Hi
I have 2x thin client server which I have installed the thin clients onto one of our ICT suites of 60 computers I also have 2x load balancer to load balance the connections from the thin client server to 4 terminal servers.
The problem is that today the load balancer server had a fault and it took out all the active connection to terminal servers and any new connections worked as they used the backup route.
My question is
Is there a way to get 2x load balancer to make the 2x thin clients do direct connection mode so if the load balancer has a problem the connection is not lost and no data needs to pass though 2x load balancer other than it selecting the servers that have the most free resources.
Regards
James

Hi there,
you can chose the direct mode as connection mode when you set the connection for published application within the thin client server. In this case just the first time the connection request is lead over the gateway and the load balancer is doing the work. After a direct connection is established.
Kind regards,
