Asks for admin account for standard user

hey everyone,
i dont understand why this is happening but when a standard user double clicks on the 2x icon, it asks for admin password and username. This should not do this and let a user in straight away.

On active directory they are in the correct group as well as their computer (other users in the group are not having this problem) yet it seems still not to work

are you running the client on Vista?

Yes i am on vista. But it also happens on Windows 7.
