Help Required for Installation

I am new to the 2X ApplicationServerXG, Please help me the below querys.

1) How to Create a new Load Balance and how to add the Terminal Services?
2) How to Configure Multiple Farm and what is the use of it?
3) What is the use of the connection?

If possible please share the Installation or administratoin guide.

Those documents are not clear and just they explain in the components only. They didn't explain any installation process and administration process.

Have checked or not i don't know, but there also given the same process. Just they are explaining the what is the icons is having.
