If I attempt to access a published application on this server via the web portal then it does work, however when I attempt to access it from a remote workstation then I can login from the webportal but when the client attempts to connect I receive a popup indicating:
The Client could not establish a connection to the remote computer.
The most likely causes for this error are:
1) The servers are too busy to service your request.
2) The machine is not part of the farm.
