Custom paper sizes created on 2x Server are not redirected

First we were using 2x Application Server 8.1 and we have created some custom paper size. The users using the published application were printing the custom paper size with no problem.

Now we have upgraded the 2x Application Server to XG 10.1 1263. However, now the same cusotm paper size is not been redirected.

what build of the client are you using? Is it 1263 as well? You can try the beta client as well: http://www.2x.com/downloads/builds/appl ... 10.1.1270/

Hi there,

Where you are creating custom paper sizes? Is it on client or server? Try to create on server side.
Under latest 2x client > options > advanced settings > have you Redirect vendor paper sizes for 2x universal printer enabled or not?
