HP t5745 problem

Hello!

We have HP t5745 thin client in our company. I tried to boot this device from network (TCServer v6.2_release-r7412 and Client OS - v6.1.6414), but Client cannot boot, system offer to me select network driver. I tried to use Client OS v6.3.7567, no result. I tried to select drivers one by one, but no result.

May be someone know how can I resolve this problem?

You should be given a PCI ID when the network card is not supported. Please post that ID here so that it can be checked.

You should check the Version 7 beta as this will support your card.

We tried to test this release (trunk-7944), but after TCOS starts on thinClient, we only see splash, somthing like in attachement, and thinClient shutdown right now. May be we downloaded wrong zip from this link - http://www.2x.com/thinclientserver/beta ... links.html (Compact zip, and Full zip).

By the way, we use ThinClientServer v6.3_release-r7902.

From the picture one can confirm that the network card is being detected and configured properly. The other issue is that the thin client is not receiving the thinclientserver IP to work with.

Can you check that:
1) The IP of the thinclientserver can be received by the thin client. You can check this by booting via CD and run the network diagnostics.
2) You are not exceeding the license limit on the thinclientserver.

New problem. With video. When I open foto or some pdf-document I have some problems (see attachments), but no problems with MS Word documents.
