I am using the app and it’s very good. I need to use the Keys ״shift+arrow down” in my program, To highlight a line. I found the shift and arrows but no action. Can you suggest a solution?
    Thanks
    Sharon

We are using 2X for iPad at ny office to connect to a windows based server and run an Electronic Health Records program, We have bluetooth keyboards from Logitec. Everything works, except the TAB key, which we use frequently. Is there a shortcut to use TAB? Can anyone tell me why that is the only key that doesn’t function on the bluetooth keyboard while in the app?

  • Paul Gafa says:

    Dear Sharon,

At the moment the key combination in question is not supported on our iOS client, however in the next release will have full standard keyboard support.

Our Android client do support this.

    cheers
    Paul

  • Justin Spiteri says:

    Dear Krista,

we have tested this issue with three different keyboards (2 Bluetooth Apple keyboards and one Kensington Bluetooth keyboard) and we have ensured that all keys especially the TAB key are working successfully.

We are getting a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard in the coming days so that we can test it out against our 2X Client.

    Cheers,
    Justin

  • Maico Arts says:

    @Justin,

We are also using Kensington Model M01147 Keyboards, using client 10.1 on the ipad3. We have problems with the TAB key and Arrow keys.
Thst makes your info not quite accurate…

    Regards,
    Maico Arts

I have dual monitors in the office. When I log in from my iPad, how do I switch between monitors?

  • Gino says:

    Hi Steve,

The IOS client does not support dual monitor I am afraid.

    Gino
