Just wanted to let you know that I was just plain impressed.

We are a Church and School (K through 12 wtih about 1100 students) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. We have 1350 user accounts and about 300 desktops. Putting a desktop for a simple user was becoming very costly. We had one Terminal Server for Elementary Computer Lab use by using old laptops with a stripped down version (homebrew) of Windows 2000. It worked well. Did a test run with some office users which went very well.

So we decided to go the Terminal Server route but implement several Terminal Server based on use. During the summer we were in search of PXE Server for the school. Basically trying to cut cost but still be able to deliver the level of IT infrastructure that the School/Church body has come to expect. So in our searches came across your product. It promised a lot. So we put it to test.

The installation was clean, simple and intuitive. The line that I use alot is "To make something simple is the hardest thing to do!!" I know and appreciate the time and effort that you have put into this product to make it simple. Thereby making it easy to implement and troubleshoot in times of trouble.

The product delivered on the promises that was stated on the website. It worked flawlessly and smoothly. The goal was that we have five different servers to handle Terminal Server sessions. I need a software that would be able to connect the Active Directory and read groups. So based on the groups it needed to proceed to the proper Terminal Server.

We watched as we tested. IT WORKED!!! IT WORKED!!! Over and over again....IT WORKED!!!

So when we finalized and purchased the software, we ran into some small problems. Contacted Tech Support via e-mail to resolve the problem.

Received answers from US office and then Cyprus. Went back and forth via e-mail to Cyprus support staff to solve it but to no avail. Asked the support person if he/she could contact me directly. He did and took me through the whole process.

Based on the detailed information that he gave me, I was able to properly solve the problem and get the system up and running in a matter of minutes. Users were back on line and working.

We currently have one small issue with printer connections but I know that I will have an answer for it from your support team.
