Sunparks Testimonial

Sunparks Holiday Parks has been publishing multiple applications using Citrix Presentation Server across our four Belgian Holiday parks for some time now. One of the applications had a growing memory consumption so the decision had to made to upgrade to Microsoft Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition and new hardware or add an extra Citrix Server. 
This was the time to start looking for a more cost effective and stable solution.  After testing extensively some solutions it became evident that 2X offered what we’ve been looking for (load balancing, gateway service, straightforward management, ...)

We deployed the software without any impact on our current infrastructure, and this within hours, not days! 

Since the load of the memory consuming application is spread across two terminal servers with load balancing, while the other applications are still being served from the original server, both servers are running smoothly. This allowed us the perfect flexibility environment to slowly migrate our published applications from Citrix to 2X.  

It’s obvious that I don’t have to mention the fast and friendly support we received throughout the testing and installing!
